JAG Talent Management strives to unlock the best talent in actors, actresses, writers and directors. A native from Washington D.C., Jeffrey Gorski relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 2009 and has been a Talent Manager ever since. Based on his dedication with organization, planning, and accomplishing deadlines, he is able to assist in creating a plan of action to further the development of each individual talent as they create the brand that is their own.
In 2011, Jeffrey was able to join the Talent Managers Association which is an association of Professional Talent Managers who have shown themselves to be ethical, knowledgable and skilled. This organization has assisted in staying current with all managerial adjustments happening within the industry, all the while holding on to the standards that keep managers ethical as they aim to push their clients careers.
JAG Talent Management was created in September of 2013 aiming to create an environment that fosters creative artist's growth; ranging from actors and actresses, to directors and musicians. He has a hands on approach with every client, developing a well rounded package that they can each present proudly within the industry. Focusing on getting talent into the right mindset to take control of their career and their goals.
